I believe everyone deserves a real estate experience that makes them feel seen, heard, and fully supported. With over 20 years in the industry (yep, I started young and never left!), I’ve helped hundreds of clients navigate buying and selling homes with confidence and clarity. But I also noticed something: traditional real estate isn’t built for everyone.
That’s why I created a team specifically trained to serve neurodivergent buyers and sellers—whether you have a formal diagnosis or just know you need a different kind of support.
Our approach can be flexible, structured, and patient. Want written steps for each part of the process? Done. Prefer to communicate via text instead of phone? We get it. Need time to process decisions or avoid sensory overwhelm at showings? We’ve got you.
I also teach real estate classes across multiple states, which means I’m constantly learning, growing, and finding new ways to make the buying and selling experience more accessible, supportive, and empowering for all.

Nora Whitman
I’m proudly part of the neurodivergent community, diagnosed with ADHD later in life, always spinning 47 mental browser tabs, hyper-focusing when it matters most, and bringing a lot of creativity, empathy, humor, and grit to everything I do. Because of that lived experience, I understand how overwhelming big processes (like buying a home) can feel. I build systems, communication, and workflows that work with your brain, not against it. Whether you need structure, flexibility, patience, reminders, visual explanations, or just someone who truly “gets it,” I aim to make real estate more accessible, inclusive, and genuinely supportive.

I'm a Central Pennsylvania Realtor who believes real estate should feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible for everyone. I work with clients across the neurodivergent spectrum and understand that the traditional real estate process can feel overwhelming. Backed by a highly experienced team and extensive resources, I’m here to support and advocate for you every step of the way, with patience, transparency, and care. I’m deeply passionate about serving and supporting people from all walks of life.

With her powerhouse combo of ADHD creativity and spectrum-level focus, she manages the details, deadlines, and digital paper trails that make our transactions smooth and stress-free. She's the reason we sleep at night—and the reason everything stays on track behind the scenes. You will find her in her no-contact, dimly lit office with soft music, making magic happen… so yeah, she gets it!
